Introducing Our New Series: Breaking Barriers with Rebekah! I'm Rebekah, the Virtual Administrative Coordinator at INNoVA. As someone who lives with a disability, I've experienced firsthand the challenges and triumphs of overcoming barriers. Over the next few posts, I'll be taking you on a journey through my life and career, sharing personal stories and insights. From my university days to the job search, working experiences, and the everyday hurdles I face, I aim to shed light on the importance of accommodations and creating inclusive environments. Despite the challenges I faced early in life, including a severe bout of viral meningitis that led to a brain damage, , I've achieved my educational goals and traveled extensively, all thanks to environments that support diversity and accessibility. Join me as we explore these experiences and the power of creating spaces where everyone can succeed. 💬 Your thoughts matter! If there's a topic you're curious about, comment below, and I might cover it in future posts. #AccessibilityMatters #BreakingBarriers
