Closing Care Gaps Through Virtual Health in Smaller Communities I've received several inquiries lately asking if Senior Virtual Health works primarily with large SNF organizations. I want to clarify that our goal is to bridge gaps in senior healthcare, regardless of community size. All seniors deserve the highest quality of life and care. Add to this the ability for family involvement in the visit and the chance for family members to actually speak directly with the provider and get answers to question they have is why we have been able to reduce unscheduled transports by over 98% and still have not had a single resident we have seen turn into a third day readmission. So I encourage SNF leaders not to assume virtual health is only for big chains. We are eager to partner with committed care providers of any size who want to implement tech-enabled models. Encouraged by positive outcomes and patient experience without raising costs, patients and clinicians continue to advocate for the continued availability of high-tech care.   Factors such as technological advancements, shifting patient preferences, and policy changes have fueled the demand for remote healthcare delivery.
