Paolo Bicchieri’s Post

My time with Eater comes to a close today. My last major article while in the reporter role at Eater SF is, fittingly, about coffee and food corridors, in this case to and from South Asia. I’ll announce my next role soon, but before that I wanted to thank Lauren Saria and Dianne de Guzman for all the crispy duck, waterfront crab, and crappy office coffee. They made my writing stronger over these two and a half years, and, I think, my ability to reallocate resource through narration, too. There’s no place as surprising and wonderful as San Francisco. Moreover, the finest food and drink to be found in the country is in the Bay Area. That goes double for the coffee. https://lnkd.in/g8C5iXgU
