Here's a little secret about your website's About page: It shouldn't actually be about you. Lots of businesses let loose on their About page, thinking they finally have a place to talk about their cool offices, team happy hours, and their yellow lab Misty who hangs out by the front desk. Website visitors don't really care. Sorry 🤷♂️ About pages are really still about the customer. They're a place to continue demonstrating that you're passionate about their problem and capable of solving it. So here are a few things your site visitors want to see when they click About Us: ✅ The mission and motivation behind the work you do ✅ A deeper dive into your value proposition ✅ Achievements, milestones, and awards ✅ Leadership Bios ✅ Testimonials Don't make your homepage do all the heavy lifting. Use your About page to continue building expertise, authority, and trust with the people you seek to serve 👍

But then we have a lot of brands that have no interest in writing once it fails to give them results. No writing style or tone is useless, they don’t just fit what your brand represents or deliver your message the way you want it to be. So explore, there is no one perfect style but you can always test, mix and find what works for you. Customize your own writing style! Tell lies and trick your audience! It's fun! But for real, if you want to make people think of you as a thought leader. When you make short-form videos? Stand in front of a whiteboard. It genuinely works. Why? If you stand in front of a whiteboard, it awakens some nostalgia within your audience. It throws them back to their childhood, listening intently to a primary school teacher. Their ears perk up, and they get ready to listen. Now, if your content is boring, they might switch off. But that first hook, well, It's your first hurdle. When it comes to short-form videos.
