📢 Calling all educators and school leaders! 🍎🌟 🔴🚫 Let's put an end to "quiet quitting" among teachers in our schools! 🔴🚫 🤫 Quiet quitting happens when teachers disengage and lose their passion without expressing their concerns or seeking support. It's time to address this issue and create a school culture that nurtures and supports our amazing educators. Together, we can ignite their fire and keep it burning bright! 🔥🌈 🚦 Here are three strategies to combat quiet quitting among teachers and foster a thriving and motivated faculty: 💪👩🏻🏫👨🏻🏫 1️⃣ Cultivate a Culture of Appreciation and Support 🌟🙌 Create an environment where teachers feel valued, appreciated, and supported. Celebrate their achievements, acknowledge their hard work, and provide opportunities for professional growth. Let's build a community that recognizes and uplifts the incredible contributions of our teachers. 🎉🌟 2️⃣ Promote Collaboration and Professional Development 🤝📚 Encourage collaboration among teachers, fostering a sense of teamwork and shared goals. Provide ongoing professional development opportunities that empower teachers to enhance their skills and stay current with best practices. Let's create a space for continuous learning and growth. 🌱💼 3️⃣ Foster Work-Life Balance and Well-being 🏃♀️💆♂️ Recognize the importance of work-life balance and prioritize teacher well-being. Provide teachers with the necessary respite they need and ensure that their voices are acknowledged. Make sure to promote a healthy work environment. Let's ensure our teachers have the support they need to thrive both personally and professionally. 💚⚖️ 📣 Together, we can create a school culture that inspires and energizes our incredible teachers. Let's provide them with the tools, appreciation, and support they deserve, so they can continue making a lasting impact on the lives of our students. 🌟📚 #Education #StopQuietQuitting #EmpoweringEducators #TeacherWellbeing #SchoolCultureMatters #TeacherAppreciation #CollaborativeLearning #InspiringTeachers #WeAreInThisTogether #coachingwithreemshams 🌍🙌🍎✨

Taking a moment and listening is the first step☀️ Have a wonderful #WhyWednesday! "We were forgetting to take the moment to understand one another's "why." Not only what someone thinks and believes but why they believe it--what is the lens through which they look." #TheGreatReset #CommunityRoundtables #CentreCollege #ListenFirst #CommunityThroughConversation #KeeptheConversationGoing

In our latest Point of View blog post, Natalie Mao, a student at USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology, reflects on her recent internship experience with us and what she’s learned about investing in #communities, mission-driven philanthropy, and how policy changes impact practice. Stated Natalie, "with Archstone Foundation conducting mission-driven grantmaking, everything I learned came back to the impact on older adults and their caregivers. As I finish my degree and begin working in the field, I will continue to bring these lessons and a community and organizational perspective to shape my insights." Read all about her reflections here:

Building a Positive School Culture Together The culture of a school is shaped by everyone in it. As you walk through a school, observe how the front office staff interacts, how teachers and staff communicate in the hallways, and how students engage with each other. While the administration sets the tone, it's the collective effort of everyone that creates a positive school environment. Each person plays a crucial role in fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and respected. Dr. Brad Johnson emphasizes that it's a shared responsibility to build a thriving school culture. #SchoolCulture #PositiveEnvironment #TeamEffort #EducationalCommunity #StudentSuccess #TeacherSupport #PositiveVibes #InternationalSchoolNetworks #ISN #BradJohnson #SchoolLeadership #InclusiveEducation
