Establish a ZY gear driver production line(11-5) ZY Robot joints. Torque and cost. Relying on the simultaneous meshing of 8-22 pairs of teeth, the torque is about 3-10 times that of the current products, or the weight and volume can be reduced under the same torque condition, without gear surface heat treatment and gear grinding. The single-stage large reduction ratio transmission reduces the number of parts by more than half. The highest industrial level accuracy of several arc seconds can be obtained using DIN 5 level precision gear shaping. There are special requirements for bearings and structures. For such mass-produced ZY robot joints, the production cost is less than US$100 for the US$1,000 specification currently on the market.
