Agriculture Equipment | Construction Equipment | Rubber Track | President at Jiaxing Taite Rubber Co., Ltd
On construction sites, rubber track technology is increasingly becoming the preferred choice for excavators due to its outstanding efficiency and safety. 🚧💪 Compared to traditional metal tracks, rubber tracks offer better stability and shock absorption across various terrains and environmental conditions, effectively reducing vibrations and noise levels during excavator operations. This not only enhances the working environment for operators but also significantly improves equipment precision and construction efficiency. Another advantage of rubber tracks is their ability to protect the ground surface, minimizing damage to roads and foundations, particularly noticeable in soft geological conditions. 🛡️ This extends the lifespan of excavators and other equipment, reduces maintenance costs and downtime, and enhances overall site safety. 90 years SCHWING - First EXACT 850 excavator 1965 - Herne, Germany In 1965, SCHWING introduced the then patented EXACT excavator 850, which combined a variety of different activities, for which several different excavators had previously been required, in one excavator. The activities of a conventional hydraulic excavator, a telescopic excavator and an embankment paver were combined in just one machine. The unique selling point of the EXACT excavator was the ability to swivel the bucket hydraulically by up to 50° to each side. This allowed the bucket to be levelled particularly quickly, even on uneven terrain. In contrast to conventional hydraulic excavators, the bucket cylinder was not attached to the dipper arm, but to the boom. This enabled unrivalled working precision. Operating weight: approx. 20 tonnes Bucket capacity: 1000 litres Breaking force: pulling: 10t, breaking: 15t Reach: 12.50m Ground pressure: 0.27 kp/cm². #schwingstetter #schwing #bagger #excavator #excavators #yellowmachines #bau #construction #baustelle #constructionsite #maschinenbau #mechanicalengineering #baumaschinen #constructionmachinery #madeingermany

"Grease Matters: Unveiling the Hidden Costs of Cut-Rate Choices in Excavators!" Using poor-quality grease on an excavator can lead to a cascade of hidden costs. The inferior lubrication may result in increased friction, accelerated wear and tear on crucial components like joints and bearings, and heightened heat generation. This, in turn, can culminate in more frequent breakdowns and unscheduled downtime. The financial impact is substantial, encompassing not only the cost of more frequent maintenance and repairs but also the potential for major component replacements. Additionally, decreased operational efficiency may lead to missed project deadlines, impacting overall productivity and potentially tarnishing a company's reputation. Investing in high-quality grease is a preventive measure that pays off by safeguarding equipment longevity, minimizing downtime, and preserving overall operational efficiency. #EquipmentMaintenance #QualityMatters #OperationalEfficiency

Sigma Knowledge Base - Silent Pilers🔇 When it comes to construction projects, the foundation is the bedrock upon which everything else rests. Foundation installation methods have evolved over the years to ensure stability and longevity, and one of the most exciting innovations in this field is the advent of silent pilers. Silent pilers, also known as hydraulic impact hammers or press-in pilers, are advanced construction machines designed for the installation of foundation piles or sheet piles. They derive their name from their remarkably quiet operation compared to traditional pile driving methods. Silent pilers work through a combination of hydraulic power and vibration to insert piles into the ground, and offer several advantages over traditional piling driving methods. 💥 Keep reading our most recent blog about silent pilers here: https://lnkd.in/g5s_yGjy Contact us! Epiroc introduces 3-tonne drum cutter Epiroc has expanded its drum cutter product portfolio with the introduction of the new VC 3000 model to its V Cutter range. Said to provide energy savings of around 40% when compared to similar products, the VC 3000 weighs 3,200 kg and can be used with 35 to 55-t excavators. The unit has robust spur gears, an adoptable high torque gear motor and the manufacturer’s QuickSnap retaining system for easy pick changing. “It even comes with the Pro bracket, that leads all hydraulic hoses through the center of the extension arm and out of harm’s way, as standard,” said Epiroc. “Mechanical and hydraulic rotatable brackets are also available as well as dust preventing water spraying system.” Like its sister models, the VC 3000 it is fitted with the manufacturer’s Hexagonal Picks, which can last up to 20% longer, and it incorporates a V-shaped designe that enables it to cut a flat based trench. According to Epiroc: “Where a regular drum cutter must move side to side to create an even trench, an approach that causes extra wear on the carrier arm, the VC Cutters can reach the same result by just going straight.” The company, which last year celebrated the 30th anniversary of its Solid Body (SB) concept hydraulic breakers, also recently added a new product to its line of pulverizers. The Performance Booster for the DP 1820 Demolition Pulverizer, which can also be retrofitted onto existing attachments, is said to provide “substantially higher performance compared to standard versions” of the pulverizer. The DP 1820 can be used for both demolition tasks and the secondary breaking of debris, with the unit suitable for excavators weighing between 15 and 22 t. With the addition of the Performance Booster, Epiroc says contractors can see three key benefits. These include a 20% increase in performance, a 25% reduction in jaw cycle time and up to 35% lower.
