Did you know? • Only 11% of consumers are familiar with the term “circular economy.” https://lnkd.in/eTRqepkn • However, 85% of consumers reported altering their purchasing behavior over the past 5 years to be more sustainable. https://lnkd.in/gNEgUYTh This implies that while consumers respond favorably to sustainability efforts, they might not always understand the terms favored by industry insiders to reflect those initiatives. By helping your customers understand your sustainability-related plans and goals, they’ll be more likely to engage favorably with your business. #CircularEconomy #ReverseLogistics #CustomerSuccess #Communications #Sustainability #Vendidit

Web Designer and SEO Strategist for Business Owners Who Want More Clients | YouTuber, Speaker, and Author
What did you think of the #Stickermule email? (I'll post it in the comments if you haven't seen.) Research says that 82% of shoppers want a consumer brand’s values to align with their own. Most often, I see companies with DEI statements, or talking about their sustainability practices and eco-friendly packaging, etc. But, as someone who looks at websites for a living, I can't recall a single one that explicitly says their political party. Though, depending on how vocal and specific some brands are, one can sometimes figure it out 😉 Party aside, do politics belong in business? Where do you stand with sharing values and issues in your business? #business #values
