SpaceX Starlink Mini now working off of an Anker battery. Unless someone shoots down the satellite, I’ll have internet. Pictured are what I bought to make it work. Make sure everything is 20V/5A. Connectors are 2.1mm x 5.5mm into USBC PD. I’ll be testing today and tomorrow how much power draw and how long it can last on this battery is 90+ degree heat. Let me know if you have any questions.

I lost over 50 pounds eating food like this: -High levels of clean animal (grass fed/finished). I eat more fish and chicken than beef. - Lots of multi colored vegetables. As many as I can eat. - Minimal carbs. If I were to eat a slice of bread with this, I’d eat a slice of sourdough as it spikes sugar the least. I eat a lot of sweet potatoes. -Avocados are a good source of HDL to balance out the LDL. -Salad dressing is olive oil and vinegar. -Eggs are organic, pasture raised. You can spot this with the orange yoke. Like in most of Europe. No hormones, antibiotics, or pesticides. -Didn’t eat the ketchup as it contains lots of sugar.

If nothing else, the CrowdStrike debacle reinforces more careful consideration of: - single points of failure - automation in mission-critical environments - DR, or disaster recovery planning & drills - using aged PCs & related legacy or unused management tools (my speculation)

Currently wondering why enterprises globally update a “.sys” file without an airgapped test prior to deployment. Speed? Confidence because “it never happened before”? Automated tests do exist to do a deletion if it doesn’t reboot into a known good state.“ Modern enterprise Windows PCs have BIOS-based tools that can put a device into a known good state on an automated, mass scale. These tools can also go in and delete a specific file and reboot the machine. Wondering how many of these PCs were modern and how many had this capability. If not a human will likely have to intervene to go in and delete that offending CrowdStrike .sys file. At your next physical, it might be a good idea to ask your doctor to test for heavy metals. Heavy metals like lead and mercury can build up leading to impacts to cardiovascular, kidney and cognitive systems in adults. You can get heavy metals out by chelating it out of your system. I’m getting an IV that combines EDTA (Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid), DMPS (2,3-Dimercapto-1-propanesulfonic acid) Glutathione with Meyer’s Briggs (vitamins) cocktail. EDTA and DMPS binds to heavy metals so they can pass through your system. As EDTA and DMPS can chelate good minerals & vitamins out, Myers Briggs adds them back. included in my IV. Glutathione is a general detox agent that helps chelate even more out. It balances out the oxidation and works synergistically with EDTA. Stress isn’t “bad” but if your body is in a constant state of stress (eustress/distress), it burns out your adrenal system, creates inflammation, putting us at a higher risk for CVD, diabetes, cancer and some research suggests Alzheimer’s disease. I burned out my adrenal system for allowing myself to be in a constant state of eustress with a little distress until around 40. I grinded non-stop, didn’t take off for weekends or vacations. I never relaxed. This isn’t worrying, which is “distress”. I haven’t worried like that in 10-15 years Manage your stress. You longevity and health span depend on it. I measure my stress with a combination of my ŌURA ring and Apple Watch with the Athlytic app. Over 1 year, I have significantly reduced my measured stress by improving sleep, consistent exercise, improved diet, taking real time off, learning how to relax with breathing, reading books, praying and basically, chilling more.

The SpaceX Starlink Mini has serious chops. 138/23 Mbps. Setup in 5 minutes. Plugged it in, laid it on the ground, put a rock underneath it to better position, and awesome internet. Elon Musk is a genius. Mistakenly, I thought the router would be in the wall wart, meaning if you’re in a house, the signal has to pass through it. Not an issue if you’re camping or have an RV or boat, the intended use case.
