It's hard to lead generations that think, talk, work (etc) differently than our own, isn't it? There are four generations represented in the workforce today. Each brings different strengths, expectations, and motivations with them. The older generation brings years of experience and expertise, while the younger generation brings a fresh perspective. As leaders, God has called us to be good stewards of people. By fostering a culture that values and respects each generation, we can create a thriving environment where everyone can unleash their God-given abilities.
