As we navigate our professional journeys, it's important to take a moment to reflect on the chances that have shaped who we are today. I am grateful for the opportunities that have been given to me, the obstacles that have forced me to grow, and the experiences that have been priceless. My previous positions were a turning point in my life, presenting me with possibilities that have shaped who I am now. Rather than just being seen as chores or projects, these chances served as catalysts for personal growth, pushing me to surpass my own expectations and discover what I was truly capable of. Meeting the amazing people I have has been just as, if not more, formative. Building relationships in the professional world is about more than just making contacts; it's about being a part of a community that supports each other and helps us reach our full potential. In our working lives, every person we meet helps us learn and develop. My relationships with coworkers were marked by a common dedication to quality and a diversity of opinion, both of which I am grateful for. We were stronger as a group than as individuals, and that was our goal. Gratitude for the opportunities given to me, lessons learnt, and friendships established are all things I will take with me as I go ahead. My most recent positions were more than just a job; it was an opportunity to grow professionally and personally, an example of the value of teamwork, and a laboratory for new ideas. Finally, I'd like to thank everyone who helped me along the way. The foundations of my success have been your encouragement, guidance, and friendship, and I am eternally thankful for the times we've spent together. Gratitude is in order for the chances taken, the obstacles surmounted, and the wonderful people who have contributed to the remarkable turn my career has taken thus far. Today, work sent me a note to congratulate me on my 6 years at Cinchy. I wanted to take a minute to reflect on my experience. 🕘 Working for a start-up isn't for the faint of heart, but it is incredibly rewarding. I never underestimate the value of having a strong purpose that makes the work so much more fulfilling. Here are 3 things that I've taken away from my experience that I know will be applicable regardless of what I do. 1. Doing more with less. 🏋️ Early days you've got to get your hands dirty and figure things out. This is something that I've appreciated and believe it positions me to be flexible and puts me in a place to be creative to find ways to make things work. 2. Keeping an open mind to the way I work 👀 I get the privilege of working with so many great people who have done so many amazing things. These people bring in their vast experience and I have the pleasure of learning from them every day so I can refine our outcomes to be more effective and efficient. 3. The importance of relationships & early adopters 🤝 As a lesser-known brand facing numerous challenges, including political shifts, competing with "change" and vendor competition, I deeply value the trust our clients place in us, risking their reputations and careers. This is something I never take lightly and will hold these relationships for a very long time. Regardless of whatever the situation, I'll always be there to help. Thanks for taking the time to read my reflection.

In celebration of three years at Candor, here are three lessons learned: 1 - Stay Curious No one has all of the answers all of the time. Plus, if you're not learning, you're not growing. The more questions I ask, the better I understand situations and the better thought partner I can be to our clients. 2 - Ask for Help I'm lucky enough to work with some of the smartest people in the industry. Bring in your colleagues to workshop new ideas, gain a new perspective or just to validate you're on the right path. Shifting away from the "I can do it all by myself" mindset has done wonders for me and opened so many new doors in the process. 3 - Share Your Knowledge I'm a composite of all the friends/coworkers in my life who have made time to offer feedback or show me a new skill. I wouldn't be half the writer, half the professional or half the person I am without them, and it's such a privilege to be able to do the same for others. Never hesitate to pull someone aside for a learning opportunity, "going slow" so that one day they can go fast. P.S. Throwback to this kind note Karen Wicker wrote me on my first day of work. This team has poured so much into me, and I'm forever grateful.

It's essential to critically evaluate data sources and consider potential biases or limitations when making data-driven decisions.    ❓ Which skills have you learned while working at Tredence?  💡 Through my experience working at Tredence, I have developed strong communication skills. I've learned to articulate complex technical concepts clearly, foster collaboration among diverse teams, and effectively convey project progress and findings to clients.    ❓ How do you stay motivated when faced with challenges or setbacks?  💡 I try to focus on the bigger picture by reminding myself of my long-term goals to help me stay motivated during challenging times. One thing you have to love about social media is the reminders it sends us of people's birthdays, work anniversaries and these past 10 days I've had lovely messages from all over celebrating my birthday and 3yrs at Vincere.io. So at this time of reflection and celebration, I'd like to mark the occasion with a special note of thanks to my amazing boss Leigh Cullen. If you are a customer of FastTrack360, part of the Access Recruitment ANZ division, chances are you have had the pleasure of working with Leigh and you will know exactly what I mean. An absolute expert within all things FastTrack360, industry knowledge and expertise knows no bounds. To say she is exceptional at her job, is an understatement. To say she is an inspirational, supportive and amazing leader - again would not be doing her justice. She is without doubt one of the most talented people I have ever had the pleasure of working with and that brings me to the point of today's post. As I reflect on my time at Vincere.io one of my greatest joys has been working within the combined ANZ Professional Services team, managed by Leigh Cullen. The energy, drive, passion and persistence she has is the benchmark for modelling excellence. As my individual Manager........well as I put in my employee survey recently, she is without question the best Manager I have ever had (sorry former bosses!). We all have our strengths and leading a team........and let's be honest, managing me ..well that comes with many challenges! For me, that is what makes Leigh exceptional - she is always a step ahead, will make time for my endless questions, appreciates my gaps and helps guide me to fill them, she celebrates the team and my success and she challenges us to do better, be better, give more.....including making sure we all get our charity day done! It is her deep caring nature that I am so appreciative for and her ability to work with all the personalities within our team and do it so well...........that enough is to make her exceptional...........but then to add to this, the countless hours, effort and energy it takes to run an ANZ team and work within a global UK management team requiring a high number of after hours commitment...........doing all of this whilst having an extensive injury that she incurred over 12mths ago.........doing what Leigh does best.... making the personal decision to stop a shopping trolley from slamming into a strangers car, whilst she was on leave interstate caring for a family member. That caring decision in a simple fall has created a series of issues worthy of a 60 minutes story! Yet not a single complaint, every day no matter what she is there leading the way and improving our products, the service, uniting the Access Recruitment ANZ round the globe, championing the ANZ Professional Services team and making sure that every single individual is taking care of. THANK YOU LEIGH CULLEN FOR ALL THAT YOU DO and making me a better person!

Hope after getting some experience i will understand....haa..haaa...so many different feelings and that dopamine burst when I understood different concepts seriously I'm just really enjoying learning everyday..
