Clarity Logistics is looking for a detailed-orientated, sales specialist to join our four-person team based in Roswell, GA. This role will generate and maintain new business to help grow Clarity as a whole. Focus: • Build and maintain trust through positive customer relationships • Grow and manage your own portfolio of business What your day-to-day looks like: • Vetting and cold-calling on potential customers to generate new business • Communicating with current customers to service their needs and continue to build trust • Quoting on potential shipments for new and current customers • Calling on carriers to secure proper equipment for your customers loads • Negotiating rates with carriers • Speaking with drivers and dispatchers to confirm shipments are being serviced accordingly What we're looking for: • Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of inside or outside sales experience is preferred • Good negotiation & communication skills • Competitive nature, punctual, thorough, organized & excellent follow-through • Sense of urgency while still being able to be detailed and accurate • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-pace environment • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills • Being able to email and navigate a computer quickly and effectively Our key differentiators: • Monthly commission/bonuses directly related to you and your team’s growth and performance • Be one of the first 10 employees (5th team member) • Tight-knit company culture with work from home flexibility after six-months of employment • Retirement: 7% of base pay matching after one year of employment • Team outings for meeting monthly goals (go-karting, top golf, sporting events, dinner, concerts, etc.) • Work for an owner that truly cares about his employee's happiness and overall success Clarity Logistics is an Equal Opportunity Employer #transportation #logistics
