When is the last time you pumped the brakes to reflect on all of the real money making activities in your business? Are you prioritizing the tasks that will get you closer to growing that revenue? If not, it is time to pause and reassess.

This was me exactly. Being a business owner, we have almost a thousand things on our list. We might think that we’re putting in the work, the hours, the grind, but yet we see no results and growth. It’s extremely common to fall prey to the idea that we’re doing what needs to be done and turning into a victim of our own actions-that we’ve done everything in our power but yet we’re failing to grow. At this point, I almost gave up on my business. It’s what Alex would call “the valley of despair”. It seemed like an endless loop. But not until I learned how to sell, how to market and how to generate leads, then my business changed. Lead generation is the lifeblood of every business, and everything is downstream from that. Doing the thing that needs to get done = focusing on the actual thing that grows your business.
