I was avoiding posting this but it’s officially been 6+ months since I was impacted by the #layoffs in tech so I think it’s time I finally ask for help. I’ve kept my head down and applied to People/HR Operations roles at some amazing companies that are focused on uplifting their people, promoting DEAI, and creating a healthy workspace for their teams. I’ve been excited for each one and I’ve been qualified/ over-qualified but unfortunately, the market is brutal and there are so many amazing candidates out there, that I have not yet found my luck.

2023 has been a wild year, being laid off has been scary and sad but there have also been so many beautiful things happening keeping my spirit afloat all year. However, I cannot sustain no income and truly need to get back to doing what I know and love which is supporting people!
