2024 will be a year of growth and full of news for Dentsu Creative: a renewed leadership, a strong positioning and a brand-new organisational structure under the One Dentsu Model.   New Leadership: Our CEO Emanuele Nenna will be joined by Riccardo Fregoso, our creative lead, Alessia Oggiano to represent the business, Niccolò Rigo in the strategy area, and Silvia Rossi, responsible for the entertainment area.   Positioning: For creative agencies, it is essential to be able to adapt to the specific needs of clients, which should not be taken for granted. This is why we have introduced a new organisational model, the 'Casting System', which involves shaping tailor-made teams according to the skills required by a specific project. This will allow the agency to compete on an equal footing, in terms of quality and agility, with both the big advertising companies and the specialised ones.   Business Strategy: The centrality of creative thinking must apply to all areas of the agency's work.
