Although it starts with some humor and cheekiness, what a simple yet important message. We are evolved humans and leading with kindness is critical. It is your responsibility as a leader to lead with kindness and empathy. We spend most our days at work, having empathy for others is so critical. As an evolved society we need to treat people with empathy and respect. The kindest person in the room is often the smartest. The one that can problem solve and solution.
