Matthew brings over 23 years of invaluable experience in healthcare, with the last 15 dedicated to serving as a Nurse Practitioner. Driven by his own frustrations within the current industrialized healthcare system, Matthew founded HomeSteady Health in Trumansburg, NY to offer more personalized and accessible care to his patients. With a strong belief in the principles of direct primary care, Matthew aims to prioritize patient well-being over profit margins, providing the time and attention that each patient truly deserves. His diverse background spans from providing care in the Alaskan bush to serving in fast-paced urban environments such as Trauma, Urgent Care, and the Emergency Room. Matthew's recent endeavors include spearheading and leading multiple urgent care facilities in the Philadelphia area, demonstrating his commitment to improving healthcare accessibility and quality on both local and regional levels. Furthermore, Matthew's leadership extends beyond clinical practice, as he actively contributes to various boards and committees within and outside the medical field. Currently serving as the President for Region 2 of the Nurse Practitioner Association of New York, Matthew's dedication to advancing healthcare excellence is truly commendable.
