But, let's face it, most TA teams aren't as swamped as before, given the fewer headcounts 📉 So, hey TA leaders, why not chat with your team? Set some (reasonable) goals, do the regular check-ins, and help them out with stakeholder stuff. While employees are more likely to like, comment on, and engage with their co-workers' social media posts, they are less likely to click on them. It is also important to remember that if you have clickable content and people engage with the post, it does not necessarily mean they have clicked on it and read the full post.
