My exam was for 7:00 p.m., I started check-in at 6:40 p.m., they put me in 87th place, at 9:20 p.m. it was my turn, the proctor tells me that my camera is frozen and that I must restart the application. I asked him if I wouldn't lose my place and he told me that I wouldn't lose it. I did what he asked me to do and now I'm in 127th position, SO SHE DELIBERATELY LIED TO ME. It's not possible that I have to wait 3 hours first; and now I will surely wait more than 3 hours. In the chat no one answers.

got to the exam half hour early like they said. I did all the checks, all good. I am then #229 in the queue, but have to sit with empty desk, no phone and no other apps open, no paper nothing. For TWO hours until it was time to start my exam. I get through the 41 questions of the first half and ask via chat how I can finish it early and move on to part 2. He says ‘click end exam’ I ask if he’s sure, he says yes, I check it will just end first half, he says yes, I click end exam and an exited from the system, no longer able to access the exam. I have been at my laptop since 2.15, exam due to start at 2.45, actually started at 4.25 and then I get kicked out after doing exam for 95 minutes first half. I have been scouring the internet for a way to contact them - Nothing, nada, no help, no support.

Dears, I would like to share my great experience with the Pearson VUE exam. I have booked my exam for 29th June'24, for 22:45. I have passed check procedure, as per the requirements of Pearson VUE, 30 minutes before exam, and I was put in the queue. I have been notified that my exam was not launched and if I need support or reschedule exam, to go to support center chat. I did it and almost 2 hours in the chat, there is nobody, nevertheless I have sent several messages. OK, I was waiting for my Proctor 1 hour and 30minutes, and after that, I was notified that they are checking my uploads, and suddenly I sow message Opps seems issue with your connection (having in mind I see this in Pearson VUE application) we put you back into the queue, and now I'm once again in the queue for almost 1 hour. I haven't received any support so far! I'm ready to share with your team all my poor experience and I'm sure someone will take it seriously. Best regards!

your online service is bad. I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes to take a test and had to cancel it. You shouldn't advertise services that you can't support

Have complained to Microsoft shouldn't have to wait hours after the original booking time to be able to take an exam
