Among the many things Amneal continues to evolve in and bring excellence to, the intern program is providing meaningful project work and learning experiences while giving the intern team opportunities to meet and directly interact with industry giants like Andy and Sean. Much lower on the totem pole, I had an opportunity to meet with our interns a couple of weeks back to explain a little bit about what Total Rewards does, give them some insights into how pay is determined, and offer some negotiation tips for their first post-grad position. Very importantly (a bit biased here...), I spent a good amount of time explaining the value & importance (again, a bit biased...) of a strong, holistic benefits design that supports all of the wonderful - and sometimes not so wonderful - situations that make up our life's journey. I also explained how they can use these programs' value proposition as a window into the type of organization/culture that they are likely to find as a full-time team member. I can proudly say that the Total Rewards team has built a leading package that is emblematic of the entrepreneurial, family-built spirit that lives on within Amneal today. It starts at the top, and we are blessed to have an executive leadership who believes in that investment just as much as we do. Just like other areas of Amneal, we see where we can do better to make healthy possible as we continue to grow & diversify. That goal gets us up every morning and keeps us going enthusiastically even when that work/life dance needs a little more on the work side. Hoping to see many of today's interns as full-time Amneal colleagues in the days to come!

In this video, we witness a young child participating in an internship program, where she is learning how to deliver a baby as a gynecologist intern. While some may question the appropriateness of such an experience for a child, it is crucial to acknowledge that those who harbor such doubts are often constrained by a limited mindset that hinders their financial success. At an early age, we nurtured Kennedi and Caden as entrepreneurs, laying the groundwork for their future success. By exposing them to diverse experiences and offering guidance from a young age, we instilled the confidence and skills needed to run six-figure companies. To break the cycle of financial struggle and pave the way for generational wealth, it is vital to embrace new opportunities and expose both ourselves and our children to unconventional paths to success. Only by being open-minded and proactive in seeking out new experiences can we elevate ourselves from financial constraints and reach new heights of prosperity. You'll see in this video Kennedi (at 12 years old) shadowed her pediatrician as well as chiropractor and a dear friend of ours Dr Sheva Quinn 12-year-old daughter shadowed her veterinarian today. Get to know our team! Today we are featuring Lucas Greenberg our summer intern from Case Western Reserve University! What do you do at UH Ventures in one sentence? - I've been interning with Matthew Zenker and the new UH Haslam Sports Innovation Center with their incoming deal flow. I research, analyze, and compile a variety of data and information to assess sports-medicine and health companies/markets to help accelerate and invest in them. I'm also working on the upcoming SportsLand event with Patricia Colella, MBA, by helping out in all areas of event management. What are your favorite things to do outside of school? - I love to exercise and try new workouts, but more importantly, I love to eat. During COVID, I began cooking and baking as a way to unwind; I try to make a meal four times a week. My favorite dish to make is my grandfather’s shrimp and pea risotto. Favorite binge-worthy TV show? - The Office. I have seen The Office over five times and I can quote certain scenes by heart! What is your favorite restaurant in Cleveland? - Batuqui; a fun Brazilian summer dinner spot. What do you love about Cleveland? - I was born and raised all around Cleveland, and throughout my time, there has been one constant: the people.
