As we near the end of Pride Month, we look forward to continuing to bring awareness to the benefits and need for inclusivity in the boardroom. Let's continue to promote diversity, equity, and acceptance in our governance practices, ensuring every voice is heard and valued. We admire the work of the Association of LGBTQ+ Corporate Directors and value their participation on the NACD Center for Inclusive Governance’s advisory council. https://ow.ly/k6XN50SmES4

I can only echo and amplify Colin's comments below on this panel!
I had the pleasure of speaking on a panel hosted by our LGBTQ+ employee resource group, The LGBTQ+ Alliance, yesterday. We shared insights on the successes and challenges of being authentically LGBTQ+ in the workplace. I’m so grateful to have been given a platform to share my passion for creating inclusive environments. Not only did it provide an opportunity to create an inclusive workplace for LGBTQ+ professionals, but I had a blast connecting with colleagues Matthew Hintz, Sarah Cole, Zachary L. Berliner, and Lauren Wittenberg! Many thanks to the wonderful Shane Diamond for moderating and Angela Gehring for her introduction!

What do #diversity and #inclusion have to do with business? 🌈 Besides being a crucial social responsibility, inclusive workplaces benefit from a variety of viewpoints, leading to more informed decisions and a better understanding of diverse customer needs. 🎯 A bonus: When people feel included, they are more engaged, motivated, and loyal. Sounds like a win-win to me! How do you see diversity and inclusion reflected in your workplace? ✨

Pride Month reminds us of the beauty of diversity. Pride is not just a month—it's a lifelong commitment to equality and justice for all. Pride is more than a celebration; it's a call to action. It's an invitation to join a movement that seeks to build a more inclusive and equitable world. Participate in local events, support LGBTQ+ organizations, and educate ourselves and others. Every action, no matter how small, contributes to a larger wave of change. At Accenture, we know that #PrideMeansMore when we come together. Pride means more love, allies and innovation.
