In one of the surveys for The Hybrid Future, we asked our participants whether they thought the design of their office reflects their company’s brand identity. More than simply adding aesthetic value, an office that reflects brand identity can help foster a sense of belonging at work. In turn, this helps encourage a sense of community, cohesion and loyalty. Attending the office 5 days a week is no longer mandatory for most. The role of the office has therefore changed, and it must provide more than simply a space for people to work. Bolstering company values, identity and belonging is just one of the heightened expectations of the office in 2024. Does your office reflect your company's values?
