Last week Amy Gowder and I had the opportunity to be in Terre Haute, Indiana with ~65 GE Aerospace leaders and lean coaches. Together we spent time coaching the team on FLIGHT DECK, GE Aerospace’s proprietary lean operating model. During our time together the team learned about the FLIGHT DECK fundamentals, how we approach the model systematically and we also saw FLIGHT DECK in action at Genba.
