There’s a new breed of star performers in town that many are simply ignoring. At Cric, we call them ’Plutos’. Who are they? In a nutshell, Plutos are ultra-productive, extremely resilient individuals who defy the conventional norms of work-life policies. They’re often younger Gen Zs who are starting to enter the workforce and have no first-hand experience what pre-pandemic work paradigms were like. In traditional corporate, in-office work environments, they feel disenfranchised and are unable to perform their best. But stick them in a hybrid-work environment and you start to see their potential. Place them in a remote-first environment and they truly shine as star-performers. We’ve been primarily targeting Plutos when hiring at Cric. Here are a few bets we’ve placed on them: 1) In the next decade, Plutos will become the dominant type of star-performers, especially in younger companies with a growing team. 2) When they’ve matured, Plutos will drastically outperform other types of star-performers in a post-pandemic world. 3) In a remote-first environment, Plutos will become key players in driving growth and innovation, eventually forming our core leadership team. A terrific piece, Phuwit Limviphuwat. And a great breakdown. Leaders who haven't yet learned (or have no interest in) how to identify and manage Gen Z, and this niche.... Are in DEEP trouble. Awesome that you have an understanding AND blueprint. 🥳
A well-written piece. Businesses that have not learned how to captivate the attention of Gen Z still have a long to go.

4moGreat work Phuwit Limviphuwat! Documentation & Presentation skills are key to having an amazing remote work environment. Moving away from the hours tracking have resulted in better performance for my team as well. Great learnings!
