Our approach to staffing projects has been key to success at PW and our technical leads play a central role. It’s a complicated job that requires a broad set of skills. You have to manage a team of developers and know the platform inside out. But you also have to build a relationship with the client and be their guide. This combination of skills is rare. Fortunately, I’ve seen a lot of incredibly talented tech folks at PW. Two examples include:
Tat Leung. He’s Chief Architect of our Oracle CPQ practice. Tat has over 30 years of industry experience, including 15 with Pierce Washington. He has incredibly deep knowledge of Oracle CPQ and brings that to bear on every client engagement. Tat and I have a long history and I’m lucky to say, I’ve been able to work with him for over 20 years. Tat’s list of clients at PW is extensive and they’ll all tell you they love working with Tat.
Tiffany Devlin-Drye is another great example. She’s only been with us for a year and a half, but already she’s made her mark on PW. Tiff’s first project with us was a $30 billion infrastructure company. As the solution architect, Tiff was able to navigate an incredibly complex project (both technically and functionally), all while winning over the client with her upbeat outlook and positive energy.
Tat and Tiffany work with different platforms and technologies, but they share a singular focus on client satisfaction. I’m proud to say these are just two of many examples of our people combining tech acumen and trust to make our clients’ businesses better.
