Just a few days after our annual results were published, we were pleased to share these results with the financial community of Brussels! This was a chance to underline our highlights of 2023: 📈 Our revenue was up 3.5%, 1.2% of which was organic growth 💪 Our positioning proved its worth again: the diversification and balance of our 3 business lines form a truly safe bet 🚀 Our work in refurbished equipment speeded up by 20% : around 500,000 devices refurbished 🌍 Our recognised CSR commitment with an EcoVadis gold medal putting us in the top 5% of firms most recognised through this certification 🤝 Our determination to carry on implementing our #OneEconocom plan that aims to speed up the organic growth of our business lines, strengthen synergies between our different activity segments, and develop our growth drivers in audiovisual solutions. There is a participating right in energy communities – there are equal chances for people to join in, but stepping in is not an obligation. Open and voluntary participation is key. Proactive involvement of the community members is paramount, even if they are not part of the process. Stumbling blocks and barriers are unfortunately common and there there should be procedures in place to overcome them. As we leave 2023 behind, I am taking some time to reflect on the tremendous progress we have made this year and to say “thank you” to all the contributors of this story of success, here in three bullets:   First, this year we have achieved #record financial results, growing orders, revenues and profit more than 3X vs three years ago, when I joined #Snam to lead the #snamglobalsolutions business.   Second, we have continued our #internationalexpansion not only by showcasing our fully-fledged decarbonization Solutions across conferences, events, and customer meetings, but also by signing new commercial contracts in #India, #China, #UK, #Greece, #Austria, #Italy, and #Tunisia, other than establishing new customer relations and opening new opportunities in many other countries. Third, as we were continuing to deliver projects in backlog, we have worked hard on optimizing our commercial and execution processes e.g. a new enterprise-class CRM, a new operation monitoring platform, a customer satisfaction survey, new commercial and execution procedures - just to mention few - with the obsession at improving our commercial and execution way of work to deliver on time and on quality for our customers. With this in mind, I say “thank you” to all our #customers who are choosing Snam Global Solutions as a trustable and reliable partner to support their journey towards gas assets decarbonization, digital transformation, and transition to hydrogen to deliver a more secure, affordable and sustainable energy to the world. “Thank you” to our trusted #suppliers, who continuously support us in bringing overseas the experience matured on our transport and storage infrastructure during +80 years of history. Finally, a special “thank you” to all my #Snam #colleagues who have worked with relentless commitment and across multiple challenges/uncertainties to deliver on our goals … challenging journeys are always the funniest and the most memorable.
