It's been a good opportunity to look back at what's made us different and helped us meet folks at companies like Anduril Industries, Chapter, Apex - Spacecraft Manufacturing, Newfront, Cape, Puzzle 🧩🚀, Peregrine, Promise, and so many more super early. Here's what we kept coming back to:
1) We've been able to make a name for ourselves in the public sector by seeing it through a novel lens. We've invested in a combination of both defense tech and modern social services that make it easier and more delightful for citizens to get their needs met by government. Both are all about helping our country and others build safer, stabler, healthier, and happier societies. And that's the goal that keeps us all going around the clock 🕰️
2) It's a theme that also shapes how we invest in enterprise, fintech, climate, and more. But we also know where we can add the most value. And as a team, our goal is always to help founders succeed at the one thing we know best: venture and how to win in a landscape that's constantly in flux. That's the promise we make to every portfolio company.
