Our 👉Collaborative Transition Circle👈 met on Wednesday this week in Birmingham 🪄
A few months ago we shared the news that Zahra will step back from her role at the end of March 24 - and the team have energy to step into co-ownership and co-leadership of our organisation!
We've been on a huge learning curve, figuring out how to make this happen, and we knew we would need as much support as we could get.
We invited 4 friends with particular perspectives or expertise to join our Collaborative Transition Circle, with a plan to meet regularly as we experiment our way forward..
In Brum we explored questions like:
😘 How can we engage with many of the other amazing people who care about Huddlecraft and want to help, as part of this transition process?
🌳 Which parts of our business model and culture might we need to prune, removing something to make way for new shoots?
🧊 What do we need to store in the freezer for a while, so that we can get super focused on the absolute essentials?
We left with some answers, lots more questions, feeling SO grateful to Vanessa, Reuben, Bailey and Sarah for showing up!
We hope to be sharing more about this rich learning process soon: how it's going, what we're trying, how it's feeling.
And for now, happy weekend!

Congrats to all! For me, the challenge is always an excuse to take the kids for a walk in the evenings (and giving my wife a break) while getting some excercise at the same time.
