The first Polestar 3 customer delivery took place today at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. A pivotal moment for Polestar, this marks the start of the global rollout of the car, with deliveries in all other supported markets soon to follow. The Polestar 3 is also now available to test drive locally in most European markets, with more to follow worldwide. You can configure and order yours online at Polestar.com. Polestar Board Chair Håkan Samuelsson will retire following the Company’s AGM. We thank Håkan for his commitment and passion since our launch in 2017. Winfried Vahland has been appointed Polestar Chair. He has extensive experience in the automotive industry, having worked as CEO and President of Volkswagen Group China and CEO of Škoda Auto. He was on the Board of Volvo Cars from 2019-2024. Håkan Samuelsson says: “I am extremely proud of what Polestar has achieved in such a short time. Polestar combines design, luxury, and performance in a way that creates the most attractive cars available in a fast-growing EV market.” Winfried Vahland says: “The world has been wowed by Polestar 2. Our product offensive is now unleashing its full power, with Polestar 3 and Polestar 4 on the market and Polestar 5 receiving impressive early reviews. I look forward to helping steer Polestar towards fully realizing its potential.” Subject to approval at the upcoming AGM, Christine Gorjanc and Laura Shen have been proposed as new directors, bringing significant automotive, finance and reporting experience to the Board. Polestar is accelerating its geographic expansion and plans to enter into seven new markets in 2025: France, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Thailand, and Brazil.   As we shift to a non-genuine agency model across Europe, we will widen our retail footprint even further, so customers can configure and order their Polestar online, as well as through an expanding network of Polestar spaces and service locations.   Thomas Ingenlath, Polestar CEO, says: “Expanding our retail operations with new and existing partners will enable us to reach more customers. Polestar 4 led the way as the official pace and camera car at Göteborgsvarvet, the world's largest half marathon, in our hometown of Gothenburg.
