How it started .......................................................... How it's going ................. In 2015, when POWERful Women first started gathering data, women occupied just 9% of all board seats in the UK energy sector. 📈Our latest data, published with Bain & Company, shows that female representation has more than trebled since then. But there is more to do to get to gender balance at the top!
