The path to building a successful business has not been a series of spontaneous, grand actions. Instead, it has been a collection of small, deliberate steps, each contributing to the bigger picture. When I first had the idea of building my business, it wasn't an overnight revelation that catapulted me into success. It started with countless hours of research, understanding the market, and identifying a genuine need. I remember sitting for hours, sketching out my business plan, brainstorming ideas, and reaching out to mentors for advice. Each of these actions felt small at the time, but they were essential building blocks. Once the business was up and running, daily operations required the same methodical approach. Every marketing campaign, product iteration, and client feedback session was a small step forward. Each client interaction provided insights that allowed us to improve. We didn't become customer-centric overnight; it was through thousands of small interactions that we learned how to truly serve our market. Building a team was another critical area where small steps mattered. Hiring the right people, fostering a positive company culture, and ensuring everyone was aligned with our mission were all incremental tasks. Regular team meetings, one-on-one check-ins, and company retreats were small actions that collectively built a strong, cohesive team. The roadblocks and failures along the way could have been discouraging if I viewed them in isolation. However, I learned to see them as part of the series of small steps. Each failure was a lesson that informed my next move. Now, looking back, I see that the success of my business is not the result of a single, impulsive moment but the accumulation of countless small actions and decisions. It's the late nights spent perfecting a pitch, the early mornings brainstorming with my team, the continuous learning from every setback, and the relentless pursuit of improvement. As an entrepreneur, achieving great things is about persistence, patience, and the willingness to keep moving forward, one small step at a time. It's about understanding that each small action, no matter how insignificant it seems at the moment, is a crucial part of the journey toward something greater. There are approximately 195 countries in the world. If we estimate an average of 1,500 politicians per country, this amounts to around 292,500 politicians globally. Using a higher estimate of 2,000 politicians per country, the number rises to 390,000 politicians. This means that politicians make up roughly 0.0037% to 0.0049% of the global population. Despite their small numbers, these politicians have significantly impacted our world in the name of development, progress, war, and unrealistic competitiveness. Unfortunately, their actions continue unchecked, leading to a future where our next generation may inherit only heat, floods, war, and suffering. I didn't attend a traditional school and pursued my college education through part-time studies. Due to limited resources and the need to support my family financially, this was the most feasible option for me. Though, many think success is only for the exceptionally gifted or those with top qualifications. But history proves success is possible for anyone who works hard toward their goals. While intelligence and vision are helpful, they're not the only keys to success. What matters most is having a clear plan—a roadmap to success—and a dream that drives you forward. A plan gives structure, helping you face challenges and stay focused. Whether it's a business plan, career goals, or personal growth strategy, having a plan lets you track progress and make smart choices. Equally important is having a dream—a vision of what you want to achieve. It inspires you, pushing you through tough times and guiding you toward your goals. While a college degree can be valuable, it's not a must for success. Many successful people didn't have formal education. What sets them apart is their dedication to their dreams and their ability to stick to their plans with determination. So, whether you're starting out or a seasoned pro, success is possible with a clear plan and a dream to fuel you. Follow your passions, set your goals, and pursue them with all your heart."

"Choosing failure over regret is always the better option. When you fail, take pride in yourself. You showed courage by taking action, even if it was daunting. By doing so, you earn not only others respect but also self-respect. Moreover, you gain valuable experience. You're not starting from square one; you have an advantage. However, If you avoid taking risks and confronting your fears, you're not truly living. Our minds naturally seek comfort, but if you desire growth, you must be willing to step out of your comfort zone and embrace failure as part of the journey to success. The key difference between winners and losers is simple: winners are willing to fail repeatedly, while losers give up too soon. Life is short, but regrets linger. Take on challenges that scare you; the odds might surprise you. Failure is inevitable. Embrace it, and you'll grow faster. Regrets, on the other hand, are agonizing. When we reflect on our lives, it's often the things we didn't do that haunt us. Sure, rejection stings, but regretting never trying hurts even more. It's a personal decision. We have the freedom to stay within our comfort zones, but having someone push us beyond them is a gift. I live by a simple rule: no regrets. I've learned this the hard way and share it with you sincerely. I'd rather do something foolish and laugh about it later than regret not trying at all. A comprehensive list of 2023 & 2024 tech layoffs From major layoffs at Google, Amazon and Microsoft to small fintech startups and apps The tech-wide reckoning that began in 2022 and ran throughout into 2023 has continued into this year. And while 2024’s losses are not at that scale, they’re still significant, driven by big names like Pixar, Google, Microsoft, Mozilla and TikTok. It remains to be seen if this year’s layoff trends follow last year’s, in which layoffs slowed down in the summer, before cuts began ramping up yet again toward the winter. Momentum for a tech sector rebound remains slow to build, outside of bright spots within artificial intelligence and adjacent companies, resulting in tech companies continuing to cut back on their workforces and pivot from a growth mindset to one based on efficiency in the face of stubborn market conditions. But tracking these layoffs helps us to understand the impact on innovation, which companies are facing tough pressures and who is available to hire for the businesses lucky to be growing right now.
