Reflecting on last week’s Quarterly Business Review in Charleston, it's clear that our partnership with MUSC is a beacon of innovation and patient-centered care in healthcare. The impact of AI-driven automation and personalized patient journeys that we've embarked on together is profoundly reshaping healthcare delivery across South Carolina. We've doubled the rate of digital patient registrations, a clear indicator of our shared commitment to enhancing patient engagement and satisfaction. This strategic advancement means that over half of all patient interactions begin digitally, streamlining the entire healthcare experience from the first point of contact. Moreover, our initiatives in automating Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) have been transformative, allowing healthcare professionals to focus more on patient care rather than administrative tasks. This automation has not only optimized financial operations but has also resulted in a significant increase in collection rates by 13% and a reduction in no-show rates by 13%, which underscores the enhanced efficiency and patient experience we are driving together. A standout achievement from our digital strategies is the closure of crucial care gaps, particularly highlighted by our breast cancer screening initiatives. With our technology, MUSC facilitated over 1,800 mammogram appointments scheduled digitally without any staff intervention, leading to the identification of 126 abnormal results. This success story exemplifies how digital empowerment of patients can lead to crucial health interventions and improved outcomes. Looking ahead, we are focusing on further automating authorization, referrals, and clinical trial matching process, crucial for the fundamental transformation of the access center. This will streamline operations further and enhance service delivery, making every interaction within the healthcare journey as efficient and patient-focused as possible. Our combined effort aims to eliminate the need for phone calls, faxes, and workqueues through strategic AI deployment, simplifying processes and enhancing care delivery. The integration of technology with robust change management and process optimization practices discussed during the QBR illustrates that while technology is a powerful tool, the holistic approach we are taking is what truly transforms healthcare delivery. With the visionary leadership of Crystal Broj, Cory Robinson, PhD, MHA, PMP, FACHE, Dr., Eugene Hong, Caroline Brown, Patrick J Cawley and Dr. David Cole, along with operational insights from Jason Clapsaddle, MHA and Franco C., our collaborative efforts continue to set new benchmarks. We are not just adapting to the future of healthcare; we are actively creating it, ensuring it is more accessible, intuitive, and efficient for every citizen of South Carolina.

At Notable, our core values drive us to redefine what is possible and to obsess over outcomes, ensuring patient access and care remain at the forefront. This commitment was tested and proven with one of our large health system partners located in the Mountain West region. Faced with the challenge of verifying a patient’s primary care physician before scheduling appointments in an unauthenticated inbound scheduling scenario, our partner needed real-time confirmation of caregiver-patient relationships. Our team immediately identified unique ways to securely integrate despite API and interoperability challenges to solve this need, extracting and presenting the necessary information to patients, and seamlessly integrating this logic into the patient experience. The results were profound. With this new capability, patients can book preventative screening appointments, verifying their PCP via FHIR in real-time, without any staff involvement. This innovation led to a remarkable 15% increase in total scheduling volume within just a few weeks. However, the journey was not without its hurdles. In the midst of an extensive EHR change, traditionally a period when IT departments can become overwhelmed by “tickets” and “capacity” constraints, our partner stayed focused on outcomes, ensuring patient access and care were not compromised. We are immensely proud of the collaboration and dedication shown by their team. Absolutely thrilled to announce that Community Health Network (CHN) has successfully partnered with Notable, going live in under six weeks to deliver enhanced patient care gap outreach and scheduling experiences! CHN, a prominent not-for-profit healthcare provider with over 200 sites of care across central Indiana, is revolutionizing patient care by setting a new industry standard through our collaboration. They are expanding their care gap services to include more locations, languages, and additional care gaps. Our next focus will be on supporting AI-powered automation for pre-visit planning. By targeting these resource-intensive areas, CHN is leveraging AI and automation as a force multiplier for caregivers and staff. This powerful combination drives significant action, streamlines processes, and allows CHN staff to focus on delivering exceptional patient care instead of being bogged down by administrative tasks. Moreover, AI automation hyper-personalizes the care journey for every patient, ensuring tailored and meaningful interactions. This achievement not only highlights our speed to value but also demonstrates the safe and effective agile methodology we employ at Notable. By rapidly delivering impactful solutions, we ensure that healthcare providers can quickly benefit from our innovations. Celebrating success with Augusta Health! Augusta Health, Virginia's leading community health system, is reshaping patient care with AI and automation. Their mission? To provide top-tier care while empowering patients and reducing staff workload. The Challenge: Traditionally, pre-registration was tedious and error-prone. Augusta Health aimed for a seamless, inclusive process for all patients. The Solution: Teaming up with Notable, Augusta Health crafted a user-friendly digital pre-registration experience. Patients can complete forms, submit insurance info, and get instructions via email or text. All info syncs directly with their MEDITECH Client/Server EHR seamlessly. Metrics that matter: Digital Registration & Intake Efficiency: Augusta Health has seen a 3.3x increase in efficiency through our digital solutions. Patient Satisfaction: A remarkable 91.2% average patient satisfaction rate, underscoring the user-friendly nature of our web-based workflows  2,000+ hours saved in manual labor. 👏 Direct Patient Feedback: - “I was able to get it completed at my leisure!” (65 - 74 yo patient) - “Instructions are easy to follow! Very efficient and uncomplicated compared to other registrations I have done at other locations!” (75 to 84 yo patient) - “I'm not completely confident using electronics, but this was easy for me to do.” (75 to 84 yo patient) - “Everything worked and made it very easy to complete on my phone.
