We used a simple yet effective 3-step strategy to bring success to our client EMVY Official. 1. Capture New Audience - Run prospecting ads on new audiences (exclude all remarketing audience) - Experiment on product line that gets the most interest - Run creatives tests to improve engagement of ads - The objective here is to capture new audience, not drive sales - Use soft metrics (CTR, followers, likes, web traffic) to evaluate effectiveness 2. Sales Activation - Every 1-2 month, launch a new drop or sale (alternate between them) - Target remarketing audience only - Keep the activation short (2-7 days max) - For sales campaign, exclude existing customers from targeting - This helps prevent dilution by giving customers sales too frequently - Objective is to drive purchases - Use lower funnel metrics (Revenue, MER, CPO, ATC) to evaluate effectiveness 3. Rinse, Repeat, Experiment - Evaluate after every sales activation - what insights can we draw? - Experiment with pricing for new drops & discount amount for sales That's it. No SEO, no viral social media post. Just good old advertising (which is the oldest form of marketing FYI). #marketing #singaporebusiness #ecommercemarketing
