💕 I have had the honor to speak at quite a few conferences over the years, but the message Helen Lin (CEO, Discern), Sarabeth Scott (VP RevOps, Camunda), and I received from our session yesterday at the RevOps Co-op conference was a genuine stand out. Why? Our topic was “More than Meets the Eye: Metrics that Matter for Your Board.” We covered 5 that are “icebergs” in terms of what you see - and then need to dig in: ✅ Quota Attainment ✅ Pipeline Coverage ✅ Pipeline Generation ✅ GRR + NRR We encouraged folks to create their own pattern identification process and look at 3T and 3P for each as a start: Type, Team, Tenure and Product, Pioeline, Place. We addressed best practices and pitfalls to avoid. And always, focus on not having “An ocean of data and a desert of insights.” Nothing was about being a woman in Ops. Or as a CEO. Or on a Board. And yet, it connected with someone for being who we are. And as cheesy as that is, it matters a whole darn lot. Thank you so much for sharing that feedback with us! 🙏💙🙌
