What essential elements can there be in a transformation? There are many factors at play at the same time when we talk about transformation, and precisely that makes it necessary to try to create an overview of the measures that need to be initiated. From my experience, this also means that the three primary elements that drive a transformation are: - A clear purpose and a clear direction - A dynamic strategy - Engagement and commitment from management It is by no means an exhaustive list, and when we talk transformation, we also talk about change management, and some changes start with yourself/the management before they can move on in a living system.
