Last week, we were buzzing with excitement as we prepared for #PrideinLondon - a chance to unite with our PSA members and celebrate love, diversity, and acceptance! The Proud Science Alliance would like to say a huge thank you to the 175 colleagues from across the health and life sciences sector who joined us for this unforgettable event. What an epic evening event to round off #prideinlondon! We had inspirational speakers, awesome entertainment, and an amazing energy from our member organisations. Huge thanks to Dr. Michael Brady and Dr. Marina Politis for their insights on addressing inequalities in the NHS England and clinical trial space. And let's not forget Elektra Fence and DJ Alesta for ending the night on such a high. Special shoutout to the fantastic staff at St Martins Lane London for hosting us. 🙌

What an outstanding time we had at the Proud Science Alliance pre-Pride in London Parade brunch. As always there were plenty of rainbows, sustainable glitter and excitement. It was great meeting our members from across the sector and to kicking off our epic Pride celebrations in style. Huge thanks to The Academy of Medical Sciences for sponsoring our gorgeous brunch.

The Proud Science Alliance had a fantastic time marching at #PrideinLondon on Saturday, along with PSA members like Pfizer, Haleon, and Proud Crick from The Francis Crick Institute. 🌈 Over 175 colleagues from the health and life sciences sector came together for this incredible event. The city was filled with a vibrant rainbow of colours as we paraded through the streets. Stay tuned for more updates from this amazing day!

Thanks to Al Pacifico-France, James Kusena PhD, and Sarah Cosgriff for being amazing guest speakers at our panel discussion on embracing intersectionality in STEM last night. It was such an incredible event, hosted by BioTalent, and we're grateful to everyone who attended and contributed to the engaging conversations. A special shoutout to our PSA members for their active participation and for sharing their perspectives. And let's not forget Marine D. and Jae Sloan from the PSA steering team for their hard work in bringing this event to life! We can't wait to see you all at our next event.
