CEO, Bio Logical LLC | Environmental Planning and Permitting Expert | Rescuer of Field Projects | Micro Enterprise of The Year 2020 | Board Game Master | We’ll help you with your NEPA Environmental Impact Statement!
Agency coordination is a huge part of what we do. It’s also the part of the process that for some, causes the most stress. However, the better you understand the processes involved, the easier it will be for you and the agency you’re working with to ensure your site stays compliant. This involves having at least a base-level understanding of regulatory requirements - such as the Endangered Species Act. It also frequently requires a discussion to establish specific concerns or best management practices for protected species in the area. This preliminary understanding ensures we gather the necessary data when surveying your site. Once the agencies have the data, it’s much easier for them to help us determine the necessary permits. Our foundational work significantly streamlines the permitting process. It makes their life easier, our lives easier, and your life easier. Throughout the project, we’ll be there to provide the agencies with regular communication, and should there be an unexpected development that requires project modifications, we’ll be able to communicate with the necessary departments in a timely manner. Collaboration is essential, ensuring your construction project progresses smoothly and without unexpected slowdowns. #EnvironmentalCompliance #ConstructionManagement #AgencyCoordination #BioLogical
