Ryan McDonough represented PSG at a recent Red Sox Scholars pregame ceremony at Fenway Park! The event celebrated the higher education graduates and welcomed the 22nd cohort of Scholars. It was inspiring to recognize their hard work and achievements. At PSG, we are proud to support and sponsor the Red Sox Scholars Program, which reflects our commitment to education and community development. The Program empowers Boston’s youth to pursue their goals through and beyond college by providing mentorship and access to academic, professional and social opportunities. Each year, 12 Boston Public School 7th graders are awarded a college scholarship and receive nine years of comprehensive support to ensure they graduate with minimal debt and are prepared to enter the workforce feeling part of a supportive family. The Red Sox Foundation's work is transformative and provides educational opportunities and support that empower the next generation of leaders. Congratulations to all the scholars on their remarkable achievements! PSG is dedicated to continuing our partnership with the Red Sox Foundation and supporting the success of the Red Sox Scholars.

General (Ret.) Mark A. Welsh III was named the 27th president of Texas A&M University earlier this month. President Welsh grew up in San Antonio, coming to Kyle Field on football Saturdays and learning Aggie traditions from his father, Mark A. Welsh Jr., Class ’46. His dad was the first of 15 Aggies in the Welsh family. This is great news. How do we get more Female Athletic Directors? Let's celebrate all the ones who have made it. Give them a shout-out. Currently, only five out of the 65 athletic director positions are held by women. From Sandy Barbour in the Big Ten, to Jennifer Cohen in the Pac-12, to Heather Lyke and Carla Williams in the ACC, and Candice Storey Lee in the SEC, and Renee Baumgartner at Santa Clara. These exceptional women are, well, the exception. Working on the change - remind me of others..... Jennifer Cohen is returning home to L.A. Cohen has been named the first female athletic director in University of Southern California history ✌️ Cohen also currently serves as a member of the College Football Playoff Committee and as a member of the National Coalition of Minority Football Coaches.

The young Kings of Huston-Tillotson University are on the rise! 👑 If this inspires you, give this a ✅Like to show support for mentoring programs that empower young men of color. As a member of 100 Black Men of Austin, I was honored to participate in the Male Rite-of-Passage "Kings Men Brunch" program. Sitting across from these talented young men, I saw myself - the struggles, the potential, the hope. It filled me with immense pride to think I could make even a small difference in their lives. We discussed everything from embracing vulnerability to finding purpose, knowing they'll someday pass these lessons on. It takes a village, and I'm proud to be part of the brotherhood guiding these students on their journey to graduation and manhood. They have so much potential - the future is bright! 💡 Mentorship changes lives. By modeling truth, growth and perseverance, we help shape the next generation.
