All great points!…especially the equanimity part. However I feel what’s missing here is: 1. The difference between Stress, Pressure, and feeling Challenged. We can appreciate a challenge and not feel stressed. This depends on the internal and external pressure we put on ourselves which can create stress in the mind and in the body. 2. It’s great to be able to return to a state of psychological stability but keep in mind that challenging experiences may create completely new norms and status quos. It’s not always about returning to ‘how it was before’. 3. I feel there needs to be the inclusion of Nervous System Regulation in the topic of building stress resilience. Stress lives in our nervous systems so taking a somatic approach can make a huge difference in coping and prevailing in challenging situations.

I went thru a decade long of extreme stress. My advice: Stay focus. Do not let emotions dictate your actions.

Great tips, building mental strength and resilience is so important. Coping mechanisms can have a huge impact in the workplace and beyond.
