🔥 As summer heats up, we’ve got a Pulse Perspective on #methane. The fight against climate change is almost always referred to as the fight against #carbondioxide. However, a lesser-known greenhouse gas is responsible for 0.5C, or one-third, of all anthropogenic global warming to date. As we reiterated in our most recent newsletter and Forbes op-ed, we should be investing in methane mitigation to seize the climate emergency brake. Organic Indoor Vertical Farming

Climate Finance is being driven by Green Bonds. The industry is in Hypergrowth driven by Billions being issued every month. There is a shortage of certified Green Bonds. Local Grown Salads is issuing $100M USD Green Bonds in multiple jurisdictions such as Luxemberg, US, Canada, Afria, and Viet Nam. The Green Bonds are expected to be oversubscribed. The Bonds are issued by a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). We expect a 10x increase in the SPV valuation on the sale of the Bond. The SPV is open for investment. The Bonds are certified to be aligned with the UN SDGs and are financing a network of Indoor Vertical Farms. The farms grow the vegetables where they are eaten. The vegetables are pesticide and herbicide free, and the farms create good jobs. DM me to see how we can work together.
