Up until 2016, it was showing steady progress in waterfront projects and real-estate developments completing #ThePearlQatar and #LusailCity. In 2024, and after meeting with Royal families, #Government officials, and industry businessmen, Qatar is staging an unseen and incredible #infrastructure and facility with investment exceeding USD $1.2 billion (with a B)! When I was invited to visit the areas in question, I thought I'll be seeing another sales office with creatives and visual effects, but no..it was actually already done! I was seeing the real deal! Though a lot of it is still under tight wraps, they plan to roll-out the news #verysoon ! I must say that not every one in Qatar seems to be on the same page with the economical climate in the country. I believe that is due to the massive hype and excitement the 2022 FIFA World Cup has created and the void it has left after it was over, which I think is a natural progression that it will adjust and renovate with time.
