Happy International Yoga Day! 🧘♂️🧘♀️ Today, our team at Quadrant took some time to embrace mindfulness and wellness together. It's incredible how practicing yoga, even briefly, can refresh our minds and strengthen our team spirit. We started with some gentle stretches followed by a guided meditation, which not only helped us unwind but also enhanced our focus and productivity. The session was a perfect blend of relaxation and invigoration, leaving us all feeling rejuvenated and ready to tackle the rest of the day. A big thanks to Richa S. & Preeti Sangani, the session and shared valuable insights on maintaining balance in our daily lives. At Quadrant, we believe in nurturing both body and mind as a pathway to personal and professional growth.
