Tomorrow is your chance to find out about our new platform STAMP! Click on the link below to tune into our webinar
Cardiff and Vale University Health Board has implemented a new platform called STAMP (System for Tracking and Managing Patients) to streamline the process of tracking patients' hospital stays. This innovative system was implemented with key involvement from the Shaping Change team, led by Cal Allen-Ridge, Service Improvement Manager. Previously, patient data was manually collected on paper and inputted into an organisational system, which was a time-consuming and inefficient process. STAMP simplifies this process, eliminating the need for multiple data entry and saving staff valuable time. This Thursday 29th February 14.00-15.00pm, a STAMP webinar is taking place to offer a review of Phase 1 and a look forward to what will be involved in Phase 2. Colleagues at CAV UHB are invited to come along to hear about what's next. ➡ Register here: https://lnkd.in/eBbetpN3
