Dow Jones today announced two major initiatives that reinforce our key revenue drivers and subscription goals–the acquisition of A2i Systems, a world leader in AI-powered fuel pricing solutions, as a subsidiary of OPIS, A Dow Jones Company; and a new, multi-year data, news, and analytics partnership with LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group). Based in Copenhagen, A2i becomes both a companion for our energy business and an accelerant for deploying AI across our products and our workflow. Our partnership with LSEG will further drive our digital subscription business for enterprises, expanding the reach of our news and information products and services among core financial audiences and infusing more market data into our newsrooms.
