It can sometimes be hard to put in to words how your neurodiversity manifests at work. It’s just one of the many complexities that come with invisible disabilities. When it comes to accommodating individuals who struggle with the 9 to 5 work hour, it isn’t always about finding ways *so* they can work 9 to 5, it’s about respecting and honouring *when* they can work. It might be 10am to 4pm. It might be 12pm to 8pm. It might be late starts as needed. It might be early finishes as needed.
