Your headshot is your introduction and first impression. What kind of first impression are you making?

Next, I train the attacking footwork with a drop shot pattern aimed at one target. In this exercise, she learns to adjust her body position with the shuttle so that her shots are precise. She does it with enjoyment. I do this exercise continuously to improve her footwork and hitting technique until I find a form of movement that is flexible, has the right rhythm and good accuracy.
