💡 Employee Spotlight 💡 It is our great pleasure to introduce you to Rack Store’s very own Warehouse Manager, Jose Belman. Jose began his career in the material handling industry as a pallet rack installation laborer for our sister company, Conveyor & Storage Solutions, Inc. Over the last seven years, his positive attitude, dedication, and commitment to continuous improvement set in motion his journey to the integral leadership role he plays for our team today. Working in an environment of strict deadlines taught me how to be self-disciplined. 2. Dealing with difficult situations and setbacks instilled in me the courage to overcome any situation. 3. Success always comes after failure. If your first few attempts are a fail, then you will continue to gain the knowledge to correct the mistakes you have made until you are successful. What’s the best advice you can give to someone who just started their career in warehouse material handling? It is important to monitor your material handling performance on an ongoing basis so that you can identify areas where improvements can be made. Always look to learn new and better ways of doing different tasks in a safe manner. Efficiency is key in a warehouse environment. What’s been most memorable about your time with C&SS/Rack Store family thus far? What’s been most memorable about my time with C&SS and Rack Store family is seeing myself grow from being an installation laborer, a lead, to my management position. Working up the ladder has helped me grow as a person and worker who is always seeking to contribute more.
