Hello school leaders, Any P gives a lot of importance to AI and the Internet in 21st century education. But we at Immature believe that AI and Internet are not just important, they are God level forces which will dictate the very survival of your school. You cannot lead a school successfully without thoroughly understanding the combined effect of NAP plus AI plus Internet. The 20 questions of this toughest exam for Indian schools will test your clarity and prepare you to lead the inevitable transformation of your school. Let's try to answer question #20. What kind of cyber safety threats are you aware of which your students face in their everyday digital lives? What kind of digital discipline problems among students you see in your school? What system does your school need or have to solve these problems? I often ask this question to teachers. How many online threats or risks are you aware of? How much harm can those online threads do to a child? Then I asked them what kind of threads can your student face if she ever goes alone into a jungle? This is always the easier question for teachers. They are much more aware about the threats in a jungle than the threats on the Internet. Their students might never, ever go alone into a jungle, but they go into the Internet for hours every day all alone. National Curriculum Framework on page #443 strongly recommends teaching cyber safety skills to children. It is critical for educators to be fully aware about the threats and risks which children are already facing online. Here are the 8 threads and risks which every child will face online. Number one, threats of physical crimes due to online mistakes. Sharing personal details online can make children vulnerable to criminals who can cause physical harm such as kidnapping, rape, harassment, stalking or enticement to drugs. #2 Threat of cyber bullying Children can be bullied or harassed online not only by criminals but also by other children such as schoolmates or friends. Cyber bullying can have severe negative impacts on a child's mental health. #3 Threats of cyber crimes by hackers. Hackers use various techniques to steal or extort money, destroy data, or use a child's identity for illegal activities. This includes hacking accounts, installing malware, creating fake websites, and using social engineering tactics. #4 threat of brainwashing by strangers. Children can come into contact with people with dangerous ideologies online who may gradually groom them to follow instructions related to drugs, *********** self harm or destructive acts. #5 Risk of mental and physical health problems. Excessive Internet use can lead to various mental health issues such as addiction, inferiority complex, FOMO, and reduced thinking power, as well as physical health problems like dry eyes, stress injuries, back or neck problems, and hormonal imbalances. Number six, risk of mental disorientation due to digital addictions. Children can become mentally obsessed with online activities like gaming, selfies or gambling to the point where the digital world becomes their primary focus, leading to a lack of interest in other aspects of life. #7 Risk of becoming a cyber criminal Unknowingly, children may inadvertently commit cyber crimes such as bullying, plagiarism, identity theft, or defamation without realizing the legal consequences. #8 Risk of bad online reputation A bad online reputation can negatively impact a child's future opportunities in education, employment, relationships, and personal growth. So these are the 8 threads and risks which are making children's lives hell online. You know what's making the lives of principals and school leaders held? It's the digital discipline problem. Schools across the world are facing their digital discipline problem because of their students indulging in overuse, misuse and risk use of the Internet. Among the big variety of digital issues, the following ones are especially a big headache for any school principal. Students cyber bullying other students. Students creating confession pages of your school and sharing nasty content over there. Students getting addicted to gaming, gambling, reels, chatting and so many other digital addictions. Students trying to hack your school systems, creating fake profile of teachers and doing other cyber crimes intentionally or unintentionally. Students sharing violent and age inappropriate content among themselves in chat groups. And last but not the least, students indulging in rampant plagiarism for their assignments and project work. The problem in India is not that school leaders don't understand these problems. The problem is they don't realize or acknowledge the scale of these problems. This is a pandemic. Schools in USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore and other developed countries have fully accepted cyber safety and digital discipline issues as a horrific reality. They are solving these problems by adopting digital citizenship education and implementing an acceptable use policy in their schools. If U2 are sincere about solving these grave problems, you need to do the same in your school. First, implement a comprehensive DCIM program in your school by making digital citizenship and Internet maturity a regular subject for grade 8 onwards. And by running a DCM club in your school actively. And 2nd, with the help of your DCM club, implement an AAUP that is acceptable use policy in your school. The A Yup is a code of conduct for your students and teachers and protects the school in case of cyber legal complications. I mature dot in is India's pioneer and thought leader in DCI education since more than a decade now. We have all the resources and support available for successfully implementing a DCM program, including a free DCM curriculum, free toolkit for running a DCM club, and a free draft for an acceptable use policy for schools. Check out the description for links. So that answers the last question of the toughest exam for Indian schools. Dear teachers, principals and school owners, the government and the industry are now forcing you to adopt the 21st century education system along with digital technologies. I have been working on digital technologies for 21st century education since more than 17 years now. Therefore, it is my professional duty to raise an alarm without sugar coating my warning. There is a high probability that your education, career or business will come to an end before 20-30 if any of the following is true. If you have not read the ANEP document word by word and understood it thoroughly. If you are not well versed with AI tools and trends, or if you are not serious about mastering the DCIM skills yourself and teaching them to your students. So what's your status? Did you take notes while going through these 20 videos? Or were you too busy with routines of that old traditional 20th century school system which is about to collapse? Begin your transformation today. I mature dot in is bound to make your transformation successful. Reach out to us.

Is AI that beast that will take away our jobs?
In this piece for Zoom-out, I cover what a world with Humans x AI co-existence can look like.
At an individual level, here is what it will mean:
1) Careers will become liquid - it won’t be a single industry anymore and you will have to multitask 5x
2) Imagine you have your own AI team
3) JDs will obviously change, maybe they won’t exist.
