Last week, I was privileged to moderate and co-host the first GCC symposium and masterclass by Kaushik Majumdar and Wizmatic Consulting a day before the Nasscom GCC event. A huddle among senior GCC leaders meant interactions, looking at opportunities, the 'Talent training gaps', branding, and more. The estimated size of the industry and its potential for exponential growth were also discussed. Chetan Garga gave a realistic perspective of the industry in his session. Good learnings, key takeaways and promises for a lot more that going to unfold in this exciting space where value creation will be the integral to growth.

I am excited to share that I have been honored with an invitation to speak at the 2024 annual conference of the Korea Health Personnel Licensing Examination Institute (KHPLEI; 한국보건의료인국가시험원). This year's conference theme, "Current Status and Future Development of Computer-based National Health Personnel Licensing Examination: In Case of Computerized Adaptive Testing," couldn't be more timely and significant. As we navigate through the digital transformation of various sectors, understanding the intricacies of computer-based testing is paramount for advancing our health personnel's licensing processes. I will be presenting on "Designing and Maintaining the Item Bank for Computerized Adaptive Testing," a topic that sits at the core of ensuring the efficiency of computerized adaptive testing. The presentation will explore the strategies for developing and maintaining a robust item bank that can select optimized items to estimate each test taker's proficiency. I was delighted to participate to the High-level panel on progress made in the implementation of and follow-up to the outcomes of the #WSIS at the regional and international level during the 27th session of the #UN #CSDT. It was an opportunity to highlight the progress made by Tunisia in implementing the #WSIS outcomes and in achieving the #SDG. Since 1980, the CT in France has been a fundamental organization that has defined an innovator's commercial journey and access in France. Since 1999, NICE has become the golden standard for global HTAs. With a countless number of assessments, frameworks and methodologies, getting a positive NICE review has been a pivotal milestone for many innovators. In 2024, with HTAs in the MENA region coming in at full force, we conducted a deep-dive into Saudi Arabia specifically and how HTA trends of the past have impacted product success in the region. With the looming #SaudiHTA, we were curious to explore if international assessments have impacted local success and to explore what trends may be seen down the line as a result. #HealthTechnologyAssessment #MarketAccess

I am glad to be attending the Center for Digital Public Infrastructure's flagship Leadership Resident Program in India. The program is aimed at accelerating countries’ progress in rolling out and scaling Digital Public Infrastructure. You might ask yourself, what is Digital Public Infrastructure? Well, this is an approach to solving socio-economic problems at scale, by combining minimalist technology interventions, public-private governance, and vibrant market innovation. The Center for Digital Public Infrastructure (CDPI) will showcase how they have implemented DPI solutions with the Aadhaar India Identity Program using five foundational categories that make up the 21st-century digital public infrastructure: - identifiers and registries - data sharing and AI models - signatures and consent - discovery and fulfilment - payments. This immersion presents lots of learning points as Uganda enhances two flagship shared e-services - the Digital Authentication and Electronic Signatures Solution (UgPASS) and the Data Integration Platform (UgHub) that support DPI architecture principles. #DigitalPublicInfrastructure #DigitalTransformation
