I'm not seeing it for almost just checking in. How's everybody doing? Ohh, we're good. Thank you for asking. You know, it's such a simple question, but it's an important one. We all go through life through our journeys and sometimes facing our own challenges without realizing that there is a need to pause and check in on the people around us. I meet residents regularly and oftentimes they are meeting me because they need some help with something. And I realized that sometimes I feel alone in that journey. So it's very important for us to just check in and ask if we can give that. Support and just the act of asking them how they are I think can go a long way. So take care of yourself, take care of the people around you. I think it's important for us to be conscious of our mental health and to provide that support to the community around us.

I entirely agree with you MOS that mental health will be a very serious problem in Singapore . I remember my good friend Prof Chester Pierce of Harvard telling me there is a very fine line between sanity and insanity and Tan Sri Dr Mahadevan of Malaysia telling me that it is meditation and not medication which is import any in psychiatry .
